With over 15 years of experience across Brand and Digital Product, I transform businesses by embedding a Design-led culture – one that puts the customer at the centre, anticipates evolving market trends, and builds the systems and standards that turn great design into a repeatable, scalable advantage. My background spans Telecoms, IoT, SaaS, eCommerce, and Advertising – giving me a rare ability to connect Brand thinking with Product rigour across industries and organisational contexts. I've led design at the highest level, scaling teams, launching products, rebuilding design operations from the ground up, and bringing Brand and Digital Product together into a single, cohesive vision. My work has spanned some of the world's most recognised brands – including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Mastercard, Yamaha, KIA, Volkswagen, and Finlandia, among others.

In Tech, I hold a Global Talent UK recognition for Exceptional Talent in Digital Technology, awarded by Tech Nation – one of the most distinguished endorsements of leadership and impact in the UK's digital sector.

In Branding and Advertising, my work has earned prestigious international accolades including Cannes Lions, Epica, Eurobest, Golden Drum, KIAF, White Square, and Red Apple – achieved as part of exceptional creative teams working on some of the world's most recognised brands.

Most recently, as part of Lebara, our UK business was recognised as Best MVNO at the Mobile News Awards – a testament to what a Design-led, customer-first approach can deliver at organisational scale.

I have been privileged to be invited to speak at some of the most influential events across Design, Tech, UX, and Telecoms – including keynote sessions at MVNOs World Congress 2025, UX Crunch London 2024, and the ADPList BeMore Festival. Beyond the stage, I advocate for design as a primary strategic force through panel discussions on Ethical Design and Diversity in Telecoms, as well as guest appearances on several industry podcasts.

My work focuses on bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and human-centric craft, helping organisations use Design Maturity and ‘skill fusion’ as measurable tools for growth.

Perspective

I strongly believe that the most transformative thing a Design leader can do is change how an organisation sees Design – from a service that executes briefs to a strategic force that shapes culture, direction, and growth from within, and puts the customer at the centre of every decision.

This belief has shaped my career and my approach to Design Leadership. I don't see Brand and Digital Product as separate disciplines with separate agendas. I see them as two expressions of the same commitment: to create experiences that are both visually coherent and genuinely useful, both aesthetically considered and deeply human. Bringing these two worlds together – and building the systems, culture, and standards that sustain that coherence at scale – is where I do my most meaningful work.

Design-led organisations move differently. When Design is embedded at the core of a business rather than applied to its surface, teams align faster, decisions compound more intelligently, and customers feel the difference. I have seen this first-hand – at companies where Design Maturity was built from the ground up, where brand thinking and product rigour were unified into a single vision, and where the result was not just better outputs but fundamentally better organisations.

My practice is rooted in the belief that great design requires staying close to real human needs and evolving market trends – not as a research exercise, but as a continuous discipline. Empathy is not a soft skill. It is a strategic tool. Understanding what people actually need, rather than what we assume they need, is what separates design that performs from design that merely exists.

In the age of AI and automation, this human dimension matters more than ever. Technology can accelerate production, but it cannot replace taste, judgement, and the lived experience that makes design resonate. The leaders who will shape what comes next are those who bring both – intelligence amplified by humanity, systems informed by purpose. It is the kind of leader I strive to be, every day.

MY PROJECTS

Across almost 20 years of practice, I have delivered 100+ projects spanning Brand and Digital Product – from award-winning advertising campaigns for global brands to product launches, design systems, and full-scale brand transformations at enterprise level. Among all of them, Gamgee and Lebara stand apart – two companies where Design was embedded at the core of the business – reshaping culture, operations, and customer experience from within; gearing both organisations for measurable success and genuine customer love.

Most recently as a Design Leader at Lebara, Europe's fastest-growing MVNO, I built a design team from ground up, delivered a global Brand Design Refresh, launched a new sub-brand, and implemented a Design System that reduced brand inconsistencies by 65% and development time by 40% – while positioning the organisation as a design-forward, customer-first business.

As Design & UX Lead at Gamgee – a high-tech IoT SaaS company offering a white-label Smart Home solution for B2B partners – I led a full Brand and Product launch, and built a comprehensive white-label Design System that increased design efficiency by 500% and reduced inconsistencies by 70% – transforming design into a core strategic driver of the business.

Alongside my design leadership practice, I am a visual artist. My work explores the intersection of graphic culture, pop imagery, and conceptual wit — channelled through limited-edition prints, apparel collaborations, and editorial illustration.

POSTERESS was born out of a simple conviction: that design at its best is a form of storytelling, and that the best stories deserve a life beyond the screen. Starting as a series of hand-crafted typographic prints, it grew into a platform for ideas — where visual culture meets irreverence, and every piece carries a point of view.

The project has attracted press coverage and creative collaborations — including an apparel line with Zara Man and features in design and culture publications. It continues to evolve as a space for creative experimentation, independent of client briefs or brand mandates.
